Kindergartners in Action: Engineering the Perfect Spider Web Bridge! First graders and kindergartners in the Computer/STEM lab took on a unique engineering challenge this week! Tasked with building a bridge to help spiders cross a river, each team combined their knowledge of spiders and bridges to design a strong, suspension-style "Spider Web Bridge." Here are Mrs. Abbott's young engineers exploring what it means to think like a spider, working hard to create a structure that could support as many spiders as possible. Way to go, future engineers!
