8th Grade ELA is tipping off March Madness—poetry style!
Next week, they're putting poems head-to-head as their students analyze theme, figurative language, imagery, and text connections. By the end of the week, one poem will take the crown as our Champion Poem of March Madness!

Foundations of Algebra students are comparing both the rate of change and y-intercept of functions using task cards and Desmos! They were able to compare functions represented in the forms of equations, tables, graphs, and words.

It's always a great day when two different businesses and their employees brag about students! Georgia Aquarium employees continued to compliment our 7th graders, while one of our community partners, Ken with KONA ICE, bragged on how kind our students were to each other during our Principal Celebration. We also have several students staying for PJ Cram sessions, working hard to increase their academic performance and overall understanding of curriculum. It's wonderful to work with such great students! #PJPRIDE
