Help is Available

World Suicide Prevention Day is observed on September 10 every year to raise awareness, focus efforts on directing treatment to those who need it most, and remember those affected by suicide.

Our actions, no matter how big or small, may provide hope to those who are struggling. We can play a role in supporting those experiencing a suicidal crisis or those bereaved by suicide. If you notice warning signs of suicide, call or text 988, remember your trusted adults, reach out and talk to someone, talk to your school counselors, visit 988lifeline.org.
