Parents, We are excited to share our new Canvas look and accessibility with you!
We encourage you to create your own Parent Account and pair your account with your student(s). Please see this flyer for more information. There are directions and links to help you with each step. Once you pair with your student(s), your accounts will be paired for the remainder of their time as a PCSD student. You will not need to do this each school year. Please note, each student will generate a seperate code, therefore you will have to pair separately for each student.
Once you are paired, you will be able to see grades, due dates, and feedback associated with assignments and assessments. You can customize notifications based on your preferences and be notified when assignments are turned in, a reminder on due dates, as well as when a grade is received.
Additionally, at the bottom of the flyer is a link to a form to submit a help request. We are here to support you with any questions you may have or help you need. We are opening our Canvas courses to parents of students in grades 5-12 at this time. Our K-4 courses are still under construction, please stay tuned for information regarding Canvas account pairing with your K-4 student(s).
