Pickens County Schools Health Services

Pickens County School District is committed to promoting the health and safety of young people and helping them establish lifelong healthy behavior patterns. We strongly believe that healthy kids have higher attendance rates, higher test scores and behave better in class. To meet the needs of our students, each Pickens County School has access to a health services team member to provide health education, carry out physician orders, dispense medication, assist families with accessing community resources, and render short-term care for injuries and illness.
